Essential Responsibilities<ul><li>
Repair and enhance our community. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and painting needs of the community. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.</li><li>

General Description:

PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:</div><ul><li>
Advanced training, such as that obtained from a mechanical/supervising trade or technical school.</li><li>
Prior experience as Service Manager for a multi-unit property.</li></ul><div>
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES/EQUIPMENT USED:</div><ul><li>
Physical Activities up to and including walking, bending, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crawling, stretching, climbing stairs or ladders, and standing for periods of time.<ul><li>
Exposure to inclement weather, noise, dust, heat, and mechanical equipment.</li><li>
Exposure to potentially dangerous products and chemicals.</li></ul></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>
Heavy Lifting.</li></ul></li><li>

GENERAL:</div><ul><li>
Hours worked will coincide with the hours of operation in the community. This position may be required to respond to after-hours emergency calls; may be placed on a rotating schedule to respond to evening, weekend, and holiday service calls.</li></ul>
