 We are looking for a data-driven and strategically-minded Business Analyst to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will transform customer data into actionable insights, helping our Customer Success Managers optimize customer experience, adoption, and retention.

 Data Analysis &amp; Insights

 Perform in-depth analysis of customer and campaign data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

 Proficiency in Python, BigQuery, Excel, Data Analysis.
