 10+ years of employment experience as a practitioner/professional within the relevant discipline. (Derivatives, Investment Analysis, Portfolio Management, and Risk Management).

 Teaching experience in post-secondary, adult training, or industry training environment.

 Experience in leadership and innovation in technology-based projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Power BI: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Power BI to extract, transform, and visualize data from various sources. Able to create interactive dashboards, reports, and data models to provide actionable insights.
