Job Description 
We are seeking an experienced and driven Associate Director for our cost management services across multi-sector projects in Riyadh. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
In this senior leadership role, you will work closely with the Commercial Director to achieve set out strategies. Act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing cost advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client&rsquo;s overall objectives</li><li>
Develop cost plans and contract documentation including budgetary estimates, bills of quantities and cost optional studies.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience across all aspects of cost management on a range of projects from feasibility studies to final account close-out</li><li>
Prepare tender documentation, evaluate, and prepare tender reports, review contractor valuations and other relevant documentation.</li><li>
Motivate team members, and drive towards positive client outcomes and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment</li><li>
Critically analyse, challenge and brainstorm project requirements and deliverables, in order to find creative solutions and alternatives on behalf of clients</li><li>

Compensation:

The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $72,500 - $110,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role.

This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.

POSITION SUMMARY 
This position provides managerial and clinical support to patients and staff. Uses depth and breadth of clinical management knowledge to ensure the provision of high quality, safe, and cost effective patient care. Demonstrates clinical expertise and oversees the leadership of clinical, financial, and personnel management of the assigned areas.

Partner with the business to define business case and articulate outcomes, manage total cost of ownership of digital solutions
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure systems meet GxP, data integrity, and global regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA 21 CFR), maintaining audit readiness
</li></ul><ul><li>Drive operational excellence by ensuring reliability, performance, compliance, and high-quality support of CMC systems (e.g., Empower, SoftMax Pro, Emerson Process Knowledge Management, QbDVision)

Required
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
</li></ul><ul><li>10+ years of experience in CMC, Process Engineering or IT client-facing roles for CMC and Process/Analytical Development organizations in biopharmaceuticals or life sciences industry
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with some of the following: regulatory filing process, understanding of recipe unit operations and data structures, statistical software and analytical trending tools (e.g. multi-variate data analysis, assay and control charts, JMP, Minitab, R, Python, SIMCA batch-on line, SEEQ, etc.)
</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with operations leaders and scientist user base. Change management and transformation leadership
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience with data and systems integration, analytics, working with system integrators and managing IT suppliers

U.S. Pay Range
$172,200.00 - $233,000.00
The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
