About the Role</b></p><p><br>
Egis is seeking an <b>Electrical Engineer</b> with strong consultancy and construction supervision experience to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. This role is ideally suited for a senior professional who brings both technical depth and site-based delivery experience across infrastructure, utility, and industrial development projects in Saudi Arabia.</p><p>
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the supervision of electrical works on-site while providing expert consultancy services across multiple project phases. Responsibilities include technical oversight, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, risk management, and mentoring of junior team members.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>
1. Construction Supervision &amp; Technical Leadership</b></p><ul><li>
Lead the supervision of electrical systems on-site for various infrastructure, industrial, and utility projects, including:<ul><li>
Medium, Low Voltage (MV &amp; LV) and Street Lighting installation and commissioning</li><li>
Telecom network infrastructure installation including ducts, cables, and related equipment</li><li>
CCTV and security surveillance systems installation, integration, and testing</li><li>
Electrical power distribution, lighting systems, and fire alarm (FA) systems within factories and industrial units</li><li>
Grounding and lightning protection systems installation and testing</li><li>
Solar power system installation, integration, and commissioning</li><li>
Development and redevelopment of industrial zones and service facilities</li><li>
Installation of utility networks such as electrical distribution and SCADA systems</li><li>
Delivery of pre-engineered industrial units and service-related buildings</li><li>
Implementation of logistics and infrastructure services</li></ul></li><li>
Provide consultancy support during design review, constructability assessments, and technical advisory throughout the construction phase.</li><li>
Ensure full compliance with contract specifications, safety regulations, and applicable electrical codes.</li><li>
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure seamless integration of electrical works with civil and mechanical systems.</li></ul><p><b>
2. Documentation &amp; Reporting</b></p><ul><li>
Manage the preparation, review, and maintenance of technical and site management reports, including:<ul><li>
Inspection logs (FIRs, MIRs, MRIs) and material submittal reviews</li><li>
Method statement and Inspection &amp; Test Plans (ITPs) approvals, NCR, and site instructions</li><li>
RFI logs, change order evaluations, claim reviews, and work suspensions</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>
3. Quality, Safety &amp; Risk Management</b></p><ul><li>
Support the preparation of:<ul><li>
Monthly quality control reports and status tracking of inspections and deviations</li><li>
Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) reports aligned with regulatory and client standards</li><li>
Risk registers and mitigation strategies</li><li>
Vendor and material accreditation logs</li></ul></li></ul><p><b>
4. Project Controls &amp; Performance Monitoring</b></p><ul><li>
Review project schedules (baseline, revised, and accelerated) and monitor progress</li><li>
Review and analyze daily and weekly reports covering workforce, site activity, equipment, and key events</li><li>
Coordinate with planning and project control teams to identify and address performance issues</li></ul><p><b>
5. Team Development &amp; Client Interface</b></p><ul><li>
Mentor junior engineers and site staff, promoting best practices and technical development</li><li>
Act as the primary interface between the client team and contractors on electrical issues</li><li>
Provide clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders, maintaining Egis&rsquo;s consultancy standards.</li></ul><p><b><br>
What do we need from you</b></p><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering</li><li>
Minimum <b>10 years</b> of experience, with a strong focus on site-based construction supervision in a consultancy environment</li><li>
Proven track record delivering electrical systems for infrastructure, industrial, utility, and service-related projects</li><li>
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with:<ul><li>
Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems</li><li>
Street lighting installation and commissioning</li><li>
Telecom network ducting and cable installations</li><li>
CCTV and security system deployments</li><li>
Electrical power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm (FA) systems in factories and industrial units</li><li>
Grounding and lightning protection systems</li><li>
Solar power systems installation and commissioning</li></ul></li><li>
Extensive knowledge of international and local codes, including <b>IEC, NEC, SBC, SEC </b>etc.</li><li>
