Fleet Manager

DIME INTERNATIONAL MECHANICAL ENGINEERING

<p><b>Reports To:</b> Operations Manager / General Manager<br/><b>Location:</b> Qatar</p><p><b>Position Objective:</b></p><p>The Project Controls Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource management processes across fabrication &amp; erection of complete project. This role ensures timely project delivery, budget adherence, risk mitigation, and accurate reporting, supporting operational and strategic objectives.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.</li><li>Implement cost control systems to track project expenditures, forecasts, and variances.</li><li>Conduct regular project progress reviews and reporting to identify deviations, risks, and corrective actions.</li><li>Coordinate with Operations, QA/QC, Procurement, and HSE teams to ensure resource alignment and project execution.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost reports, cash flow projections, and budget analysis for senior management and clients.</li><li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, and progress logs.</li><li>Develop and implement risk management strategies and mitigation plans.</li><li>Monitor and optimize manpower and equipment allocation for effective project delivery.</li><li>Provide training and guidance to project planners, schedulers, and project engineers on project controls processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and international standards.</li><li>Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely project performance data.</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Project Management; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.</li><li>Minimum 15-20 years of experience in project controls, planning, or project management within fabrication, oil &amp; gas, construction, or industrial sectors.</li><li>Proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, reporting tools, and project management software.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of international construction codes, fabrication standards, and quality management practices.</li><li>Project experience with QE, ARAMCO, ADNOC or KOC is mandatory</li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent</p>
