About the Role</h3>
We&rsquo;re seeking a passionate and strategic Beauty Buyer to curate and drive a commercially strong, customer-focused beauty assortment.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll plan, forecast, and purchase across a prestigious portfolio of brands &mdash; including Dolce &amp; Gabbana, Herm&egrave;s, Coty, and other global leaders &mdash; ensuring the right product mix, pricing, and volumes to meet customer needs, elevate brand positioning, and deliver profitability.

Buying &amp; Merchandising</h4><ul><li>
Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and sell-through to inform buying strategies.</li><li>
Select the range, type, quality, and quantity of merchandise in line with customer demand, seasonal trends, and budgets.</li><li>
Partner with the Division Merchandise Manager/GMM to define pricing and sell-through targets.</li><li>
Build and maintain profitable supplier relationships, ensuring contract compliance.</li><li>
Collaborate with Planning to optimize stock levels and manage replenishment.</li><li>
Provide input into marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring stock availability.</li><li>
Regularly track sales performance and recommend adjustments to buying strategies.</li><li>
