 Brand Activation Manager

 , you are the operational engine and the &ldquo;hot standby&rdquo; for our Brand Activation Leads. We produce high-stakes, unscripted content where plans change by the minute. Your job is to stabilize that chaos.
 
 
 You manage the logistical and executional reality of complex campaigns end to end, spanning legal compliance, physical logistics, data integrity, and on-set client management. While creative plans may evolve in real time, you ensure that every contractual &ldquo;must-have&rdquo; is delivered.
 
 
 This role is preferably based in the Greenville, NC area and operates 100% in-office, five days per week, except during weeks when production requires weekend work. You will work closely with Production, Legal, Sales, and external clients under tight timelines and shifting conditions.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 
 Campaign Lifecycle &amp; KPI Intelligence:

</h1>Sitting in our Dubai office and being part of a company that has just been ranked No1 most reputable brand in the world for 4 years running this role will join a wider commercial Business Unit team consisting of different functions (Sales, Marketing &amp; Operations). The role will be key to how we strategize and grow sales in emerging markets that enhances the LEGO&reg; brand building long lasting relationships with customers and shoppers across the region that engage audiences and inspire children.
<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">Do you have what it takes?
</h1><ul><li>In-depth and proven commercial execution experience with an analytical skill set working in an eCommerce or Digital role for an international FMCG, Entertainment or Toy company.
</li><li>A results oriented, organized operator with effective communication and people skills that build relationships with professionals of all organizational levels both internally and externally across geographies and cultures.
</li><li>Ability to analyze data and sales statistics translating results into a concise storyline with a clear path to return of investment (ROI).
</li><li>Entrepreneurial approach and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and changing region.
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
</li><li>Fluent in English both written and spoken is important for this role (business proficiency in Arabic is also welcome).
</li><li>Our hybrid working model is 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (per week).
