  Qualifications:
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Graduate of Logistics or Maritime-related departments of universities,
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; At least 2 years of experience in maritime operations,
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel,
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Preferably fluent in English,
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Preferably proficient in Cargowise software,
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Analytical thinking, attention to detail, results and solution-oriented,
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Strong time management, planning and task tracking skills,
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Developed communication skills and aptitude for teamwork.
 </p>

  Key Responsibilities:

  &bull; Managing all operational processes of the import department in accordance with procedures,

  &bull; Forwarding reservation information received from the sales team to overseas agents and tracking shipments,

  &bull; Creating orders through the system we use,
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Ensuring timely information flow to our customers with updates from our overseas agents,
 </p>
 <p>
  &bull; Ensuring the correct delivery of files to the documentation team and tracking their progress.
 </p>
