As a Business Development Manager focused on API &amp; Connectivity, you will play a key role in expanding our B2B network through technology-driven partnerships. You&rsquo;ll work with clients such as travel platforms, consolidators, OTAs, TMCs, wholesalers, and other companies seeking to integrate our inventory and services via API.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing preferably in Turkey, Spain or Portugal.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Wha you'll do:
</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement a commercial strategy for API-based partnerships in your assigned region or market segment;</li>
<li>Identify, negotiate, and close new connectivity deals with travel companies (e.g., aggregators, tech platforms, bedbanks, wholesalers, and other B2B distributors);</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and Integration teams to ensure smooth API setup and implementation;</li>
<li>Conduct market and competitor analysis related to connectivity trends and emerging technologies in travel distribution;</li>
<li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and business meetings (approx. 30% travel time);</li>
<li>Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular reporting on sales and integration progress.</li>
</ul>
Requirements<ul>
<li>
Professional Experience. Business development or account management within the travel or hospitality industry.</li>
<li>Technical Knowledge. Good grasp of API-based products, XML/JSON integrations, GDS (e.g. TravelGate).</li>
<li>Market Knowledge. Strong understanding of the travel ecosystem &mdash; especially tech-driven players such as OTAs, TMCs, wholesalers, and aggregators.</li>
<li>Languages. Fluent in and English, other languages are adventageous;</li>
<li>Analytical Skills. Comfortable with data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making;</li>
<li>Personal Skills. Proactive, ambitious, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment;</li>
<li>International Mindset. Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.</li>
<li>Travel requirements. Up to 30% of travel time may be required.
