The Business Transformation Analyst position is primarily focused on supporting Business Transformation (&ldquo;BT&rdquo;) initiatives. This role will assist with process and system documentation, operational support for projects, enhancements, reporting, etc. to align with the Firm's strategic Initiatives while working with Firm's Business Customer and Hines Technology and Data teams (and or external vendor technology). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</div><br>

Provide recommendations to Business Transformation Manager(s) on proper course of action for a given process using discovery findings as support.</li><li>
Support product owners for newly implemented systems or processes. Coordinate with stakeholders and Business Transformation Manager(s) to construct operational plan, scalable operating procedures and establish monitoring strategy for all newly implemented business processes.</li><li>
Assist with change management to properly offboard to appropriate process owners where applicable.</li><li>
Maintain and expand knowledge of current Hines business technology initiatives to map business needs to those solutions.</li><li>
Collaborate with Business Transformation Manager(s) on managing projects, developing project plans, monitoring performance, and using knowledge of other team members to assess BT use cases.</li><li>
Update project plans and alert Business Transformation Manager(s) when significant risks develop and assist in optimizing existing internal project management methodology; tailored for the needs of the project.</li></ul>

RSM is seeking a Manager for its Value Creation team within its rapidly growing Deal Services practice. The Value Creation team focuses on identifying value in the context of transactions for buy- or sell- side clients. Team members work collaboratively as one team with their colleagues in Deal Services and Management Consulting and benefit from extensive exposure to senior investment professionals, company executives, and firm leadership.</p><p></p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Support buy- or sell-side private equity or corporate clients and uncover EBITDA improvement opportunities within the transaction perimeter or stemming from contemplated downstream integration</p></li><li><p>
Lead teams of Associates, Senior Associates and Supervisors, with a focus on meeting team deliverables and developing the team</p></li><li><p>
Evaluate and validate EBITDA and working capital improvement opportunities by rapidly absorbing and analyzing data, and synthesizing hypotheses that result in growing the top line, optimizing operations and/or reducing cost</p></li><li><p>
Perform multi-faceted quantitative analyses on targets that are being carved-out and/or integrated. Targets can span multiple industries.</p></li><li><p>
Interview company executives and department heads to understand current state of operations and business processes and develop analysis and plans to allow clients to meet their objectives.</p></li><li><p>
Utilize research, analysis and critical thinking to assess the financial and operational impacts of integrations and separations.</p></li><li><p>
Model the anticipated operational and performance improvements comprehensively, assessing potential implications on adjacent processes and businesses, understanding associated risk and estimating cost-to-achieve</p></li><p></p><li><p>
Discover underlying trends and zoom in by priority on what matters the most for our clients and what would have the biggest impact</p></li><li><p>
Identify and apply the right expertise from RSM&rsquo;s other consulting service lines, to generate insights and add value</p></li><li><p>

Basic Qualifications</b></p><p>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field and at least 5-6 years of related work experience</p><ul><li><p>
Management consulting, operations, investment banking, private equity or Ssrategy / corporate development experience</p></li><li><p>
Experience directing engagements and managing cross-functional projects</p></li><li><p>
Experience leading &amp; managing teams in a fast-paced environment</p></li><li><p>
Strong interest to coach and develop team members and disseminate knowledge and experience</p></li><li><p>
Self-starter with the ability to work independently / with limited direction when necessary</p></li><li><p>
