As part of the Captain Acquisition &amp; Market Operations team, you will be the driving force behind our supply growth. You will play a pivotal role in building and managing the supply base&mdash;from onboarding third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensuring Captain availability and operational readiness. This role is integral with supplier coordination, captain onboarding, and ramp-up activities, to ensure that our markets are fully equipped to meet the demand and deliver exceptional service.</div>

<li>Review and implement changes to shift and zone coverage plans using historical data, ensuring 24/7 marketplace readiness (including weekends and peak hours)</li>
