 JOB PURPOSE:
 
 
 
 To collect, collate, monitor, conceptualize and analyze management of various OIA invested asset classes, provide periodic actionable insights through Investment MIS &amp; TS reports/dashboards to OIA&rsquo;s, and accurately input the transactions relating to contributions/receipt of funds for various investments internal &amp; external stakeholders in order to support better decision making at the Authority.

 To provide the portfolio managers with the necessary market research and recommendations on different strategies and instruments in public markets to fulfill the investment mandates in line with the goals, objectives, and guidelines of OIA.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 
 &bull; The Asset Allocation unit is the custodian of the Strategic Asset Allocation (&ldquo;SAA&rdquo;) and Tactical Asset Allocation (&ldquo;TAA) and is responsible to steer the portfolio long term goals and financial objectives.
 
 
 &bull; Asset Allocation role is to ensure investments would collectively maximize long term returns that would meet or exceed long-term target returns, within the corresponding risk parameters.
 
 
 Conduct extensive research on continuous basis focusing on asset class trends and investment strategies along with macro and market analysis in order to evaluate and recommend the appropriate allocations to asset classes/portfolios managed by Public Market Department.  Have a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering with a specialisation in Construction or similar.

 Have 3-6 years' experience in the design of industrial or energy plants, preferably in an international environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have experience in the design of metallic and reinforced concrete structures including connections, base plates, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have experience in the design of shallow and deep foundations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Are familiar with SAP 2000.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have the ability to work in a team and technical rigour.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work autonomously and with an innovative mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Are willing to travel and travel to other countries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Have advanced English. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
 </li>
 <li>
