The BAE Systems is seeking a Certified Welding Inspector to join its organization.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Read and work to blueprints.</li><li>
Inspect weldments to various weld codes.</li><li>
Apply Geometric Dimensioning &amp; Tolerancing (GD&amp;T) concepts.</li><li>
Process non-conformances for disposition.</li><li>
Provide technical quality support to production and engineering.</li><li>

Work Schedule:<ul><li>
Flexible, rotating schedule with a mix of weekday and weekend shifts</li><li>
Typical schedule: 2 x 10-hour shifts on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and 2 x 10-hour shifts on weekends (Saturday and Sunday)</li><li>
Total of 40 hours per week, with a 4/10 schedule</li><li>
Shifts may be adjusted based on business needs, with occasional floating shifts required</li></ul> 

Required Education, Experience, &amp; Skills
 
<ul><li>AWS CWI</li><li>
Inspect weldments to various code requirements</li><li>
High School Diploma with 2+ years of experience OR equivalent education/experience in quality/inspection/welding/NDT/etc.</li><li>
Proficient using MS Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.</li><li>
Ability to read, interpret and work to blueprints.</li><li>
Working knowledge in GD&amp;T principles and applications.</li><li>
Ability to read and comprehend raw material specifications</li></ul> 

Preferred Education, Experience, &amp; Skills

Pay Information 
Full-Time Salary Range: $70735 - $120250
