<div>Job Title: Psychiatrist
Job Status: Part-time
Job Summary: Under limited direction from a senior level manager, the Psychiatrist uses specialized knowledge in the field of medicine and skills obtained through experience and/or specialized training to administer psychopharmacology benefits to patients of the Community Health and Research Center. Performs peer review functions to other psychiatrists in the department as well as provides competent, professional and ethical care to a designated patient population. Acts as a consultant to the clinical staff, medical assistants, program managers, quality assurance manager and the Director of the Community Health and Research. Performs all duties and responsibilities required of a psychiatrist and provides quality and cost-effective care for the designated patient population in accordance with accepted medical standards and protocols.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Administer psychopharmacology and direct care to behavioral health patients</li>
<li>Develop medication policies and procedures in accordance with accepted medical standards and protocols, accreditation and funding source guidelines in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager and the Director of the Community Health and Research Center</li>
<li>Provide consultation to clinical staff regarding patients and psychopharmacological treatments</li>
<li>Participate in treatment team conferences which may include other professionals, family members and referral sources</li>
<li>Document all services in compliance with the agency&rsquo;s quality assurance plan</li>
<li>Report on program progress at required intervals per funding guidelines</li>
<li>Conduct in-service education and professional development to Mental Health department staff</li>
<li>Engage in research activities that promote the knowledge and capabilities of the department and the mental health field</li>
<li>Participate regularly in monthly department meetings including clinical case conferences and quarterly staff meetings</li>
<li>Maintain agency confidentiality and client&rsquo;s privacy in accordance to the agency&rsquo;s policies and procedures</li>
<li>Maintain currency in the field of psychiatry and psychopharmacology</li>
<li>Follow the funding sources requirements and the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards applicable to the services provided</li>
<li>May translate and interpret information for non-English speaking clients, as needed</li>
<li>Operate standard office equipment and use required software applications</li>
<li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
<ul><li>Diagnostic Criteria from the DSM-5</li>
<li>Advanced concepts, principles and practices of psychiatric medical practices, treatments and techniques</li>
<li>Prescription drug medications and drug interactions</li>
<li>Proper medical documentation and charting techniques</li>
<li>Biological, psychological and sociological concepts and trends</li>
<li>Advanced concepts, practices and procedures of crisis intervention techniques</li>
<li>Community resources including social services agencies and crisis intervention providers</li>
<li>Processes, rules and regulations of various services and funding agencies surrounding the eligibility and maintenance of the services being received</li>

Skill in:

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

Manufacturing Program Engineer

<div>This is an Information Technology Operations based role that supports Dearborn Truck Plant (DTP), where America&rsquo;s best-selling vehicle the F150 has been built for 40+ years, and the Rouge Electric Vehicle Center (REVC), where the all-electric F150 Lightning is built.
As a member of the DTP IT team, you will be assisting the plant in producing these very exciting vehicles for the NA consumer market. You will lend your knowledge and experience to support implementations of lean manufacturing and Factory of Tomorrow technology (e.g. IIOT platform, software-defined networks, next-generation error proofing, and various mobility solutions and pilots), while also supporting the legacy manufacturing execution systems.
The successful candidate will be working with a global team to provide technical troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem resolution for the manufacturing applications &amp; infrastructure on the plant floor, including the distributed Cisco network. You will also lead various efforts to ensure applications and technology meet Ford&rsquo;s productivity and modernization goals.
