The <b>Client Engagement Specialist </b>Acts as a proxy for the Client Engagement Manager as needed. Acts as a liaison between the Client Engagement team and other internal Palco staff (enrollment, customer service, payroll, billing, marketing/communications, product management). Shared responsibility for managing contract deliverables. Contract volume may necessitate the need for multiple Client Engagement Specialists. They are the subject matter experts for the program or programs they support and provide expert-level knowledge to internal and external audiences alike. They balance their commitment to the company with an unyielding attitude of process and programmatic improvement.</div><div></div><div><br>
While still bound by all program rules, guidelines and state and federal law, the Client Engagement Specialist never fails to consider how a program may be improved in terms of responsiveness, effectiveness, and service and by extension the participant.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Client Engagement Specialists </b>are subject-matter experts (SMEs) in Palco&rsquo;s products and processes and have an acute understanding of the interrelatedness of company departments in the execution of program responsibilities. Duties and Responsibilities</b></div><br>

<div><p>DM Clinical Research, the largest privately-owned Research Management Organization in the Houston area and one of the top fifty in the country, is looking for a <b>Patient Engagement Specialist </b>for their Patient Marketing Department. Please note this position will be paid on an hourly basis.</p><p>
</p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br>
A Patient Engagement Coordinator for DM Clinical Research (DMCR) will be responsible for but<br>
not limited to:</p><ul><li>
Completing DMCR-required training, including GCP and NIH.</li><li>
Engaging diverse populations to volunteer as participants in diverse research studies.Capturing required metrics in company databases while adhering to IRB and HIPAA<br>
guidelines for data collection, to drive ongoing evaluation of program operations</li><li>
Analyzing daily metrics in all databases to assess individual and team performance</li><li>
Initiating data-driven improvements for engagement, enrollment, and retention<br>
processes</li><li>
Learning process of engagement and enrollment after training and observation by<br>
Clinical Research Coordinator and Principal Investigators (PIs).</li><li>
Communicating closely with patients, providers, clinical team, outreach workers, and other staff to promote participation and achieve patient engagement metrics established management team.</li><li>
Utilizing electronic medical records and health center workflow to maximize patient<br>
engagement and minimize interruptions to clinical processes.</li><li>
Assist with creation and execution of patient marketing collateral
</li><li>Social media management for patient marketing</li></ul><p>
</p><p></p><p><b>Experience and Skills Required:</b></p><ul><li>
Beginning follow-up process to maintain contact with participants already enrolled in the program.</li><li>
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required
</li><li>Some social media/marketing experience preferred</li><li>
Graphic design experience is a plus but not required</li></ul></div>

Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients, documenting interactions in the CRM system.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for client needs.</li><li>
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client engagement, and market insights for management review.</li></ul><br>
<b>
Requirements</b><br>
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role (real estate experience highly preferred).</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships.</li><li>
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.</li><li>
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.</li><li>
Female and Hindi speaker Preferred</li></ul><br>
