Position Summary: </b>The Community Director is responsible for maintaining the physical asset and maximizing the financial returns in accordance with the owner&rsquo;s objectives. The Community Director complies with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations. This position directs and coordinates activities involving motivating and cultivating the on-site team to ensure operations meets or surpasses industry standards. The Community Director must be a leader who is able to attract, advise, and present to current and potential clients the value of choosing Gallery Residential. The Community Director is also tasked with maintaining and inspiring the company culture.</p><p><b>

Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b>:</p><ul><li>
Supervises and mentors property on-site team by communicating and updating goals through one on one mentoring and team daily huddles.</li><li>
Hires, onboards and trains team members and manages their performance in accordance with company policies, values, and business practices.</li><li>
Assists in managing the client/owner relationship by meeting with the owners, conducting property tours, providing updates and information concerning the property&rsquo;s performance, and responding to owner requests as needed.</li><li>
Provides input into the development of budget(s) for the property by analyzing and evaluating financial statements, reviewing current and projected marketing information, and accessing operational reports that establish historic and predict performance patterns.</li><li>
Meets targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring rent and fees are collected and posted in a timely manner, completing financial bank deposits, and preparing and reviewing monthly financial status reports.</li><li>
Approves and submits invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment by reconciling work performed or products purchased, ensuring validity of certificates of insurance, coding charges to appropriate Chart of Account codes, and managing communication between the vendor/contractor, accounting, and the client/owner as needed.</li><li>
Gathers, analyzes, and interprets current market and economic trends that may impact the property, and implements short-range and long-range marketing and leasing strategies to achieve the property&rsquo;s occupancy and revenue goals.</li><li>
Promotes resident satisfaction and retention by responding to questions, grievances and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.</li><li>
Ensures the property&rsquo;s maintenance team members comply with the Company&rsquo;s standards with respect to responding and completing resident service requests. This includes the ability to work in a stressful environment and work peacefully with co-workers and residents.</li><li>
Conducts regular property inspections in person and takes appropriate actions to ensure that the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness, and general appearance and appeal.</li><li>
Completes various accounting, financial, administrative, and other reports and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.</li><li>
Oversees lease enforcement policies by completing periodic apartment inspections, following proper notice requirements, following eviction procedures, and imposing and collecting late fees and other charges as allowable and stated in the terms of the lease.</li><li>
Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with Gallery Residential&rsquo;s policies and performance expectations.</li></ul><p><b>
Work Hours:</b></p><p>
This position is scheduled for 40 hours in a regular work week. Hours of operation vary, but typical office hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. Must be available to work on additional tasks that may require work on weekends or after hours. Must be available to work onsite and travel for business purposes.</p><p><b>

Responsibilities:

The ICU Charge Nurse is responsible and accountable to the Department Director for the quality of nursing staff and the delivery of patient care during his/her shift and assists the Director in the daily operation of the respective unit(s)/department. Qualifications:

Previous supervisory experience, one to two years, in acute care hospital, ICU setting, preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of one year staff nurse in an acute care hospital setting; Critical Care setting preferred.</li><li>
CCRN (AACN) within 2 years of hire, preferred.</li><li>
Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred.</li><li>
Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintain current.</li></ul><br>

Responsibilities:

The Clinical Supervisor supports administrative responsibility for the department service functions and works collaboratively with the unit Director and/or Manager. In the absence of the unit Director and/or Manager, the Clinical Supervisor may assume the administrative scope of the unit assigned. Develops and implements departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current federal and/or state regulations. The Clinical Supervisor prepares, conducts and/or oversees department(s) orientation and training of personnel. Communicates with staff, physicians, and administration both written and verbally. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible and accountable for the quality of staff and functions during their shift. Assists the Department Director in the daily operation of the unit, directing, supervising, and evaluating personnel, ensuring the proper use of time, equipment, and staff. Ensure the efficient functions of the department. Performs direct patient care, only as needed, within the scope practice. Continually assess care and direct staff to make immediate changes in the plan of care.</div>
