You will collaborate with regional supply chain leaders and cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that improve performance and reduce complexity.    Deliver AMET External Manufacturing commitments on cost, cash, compliance, quality, and customer service.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop and deploy network strategies to improve performance and reduce complexity.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage RFI/RFP activities focused on total cost of ownership and operational effectiveness.
  </li>
  <li>
   Negotiate and execute supply contracts and pricing strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as point of escalation for supply issues and ensure timely resolution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure compliance with global procurement policies and processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Support cross-functional value engineering programs to optimize product cost structures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with R&amp;D and marketing teams to enable innovation through external manufacturing.
  </li>

   Drive process optimization and support data analytics and reporting for global procurement.

   5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in external manufacturing or direct materials.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  </li>

   Full proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong experience in managing contractual relationships and supplier negotiations.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analytical mindset with solid financial and cost-saving understanding.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in a multinational FMCG environment preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
