 Responsibilities:

 Lead brainstorming sessions and turn ideas into clear, actionable concepts.

 Align copy and design, making minor adjustments to ensure seamless execution.
 
 
 -Write and edit across social, digital, video, print, radio, and mobile channels.
 
 
 -Create CRM and personalized campaigns (email, SMS, push, dynamic content).
 
 
 -Manage projects from concept to delivery and mentor junior team members.
 
 
 -Pitch creative ideas for new business opportunities.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 -4+ years of copywriting experience in advertising agencies.
 
 
 -Strong portfolio showcasing both traditional campaigns and CRM/direct marketing work.
 
 
 -Deep understanding of multi-channel brand engagement.
 
 
 -Data-driven and personalized content experience.
 
 
 -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 
 
 -Independent, proactive, and collaborative in cross-functional teams.
 
 
 -Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
 
 
 -Fluency in English is preferred.

 Qualifications

 Preferably Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English Language and Literature, English Translation and Interpreting or Marketing, Public Relations and Communication or other related departments,
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2 years of experience as Content Editor or Copywriter,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong writing and creative content production skills in both Turkish and English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of grammar, style and expression in both languages, with advanced editing and proofreading ability,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in translation, localisation and content adaptation processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.

 Producing Turkish and English content in line with brand communication strategies,

 Translating content between Turkish and English and vice versa,
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring that translations are consistent with the brand&rsquo;s tone, style and terminology,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with cross-functional teams (graphic design, web development, digital marketing, PR, social media, etc.) to ensure overall content alignment,
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly reviewing and maintaining the linguistic quality and consistency of both the Turkish and English versions of the website.
