We&rsquo;re seeking a <b>detail-driven Assistant Controller</b> to support the integrity of our financial reporting and internal controls. Reporting to the VP of Finance &amp; Corporate Controller, you&rsquo;ll lead core accounting functions, guide a high-performing team, and help drive compliance and process excellence across the organization. Your expertise in GAAP, SOX, and public company standards will help ensure our financial operations are audit-ready and built for scale.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Oversee and manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes</p></li><li><p>
Lead and mentor the accounting team, including AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Payroll, and Equity functions</p></li><li><p>
Maintain and improve ERP (Microsoft D365) performance to drive operational efficiency</p></li><li><p>
Develop and document scalable accounting processes and internal controls</p></li><li><p>
Support quarterly and year-end SEC reporting; manage audit preparation and deliverables</p></li><li><p>
Lead SOX controls process: document, review, and refine control narratives as needed</p></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What You Bring:</b></h3><ul><li><p>
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)</p></li><li><p>
Strong command of GAAP and experience in public company accounting environments</p></li><li><p>
Prior exposure to SOX 404 compliance and internal control frameworks</p></li><li><p>
Experience in manufacturing or medical devices industry</p></li><li><p>
Familiarity with Microsoft D365 is a plus</p></li><li><p>
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness</p></li></ul>
