This role encompasses a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition to HR operations and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will be instrumental in delivering a world-class employee experience to our team in Oman. This position reports directly to the corporate Vice President of Human Resources.

  Qualifications And Skills

   Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Middle East business environment, cultural dynamics, and recruitment trends.
  </li>

   Sales Expertise: Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a competitive market.
  </li>
  <li>
   Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
