Qualified and highly experienced</b><br>
<b>EW expert with experience within an operational EW environment that can be</b><br>
<b>gained through either:</b></div>
<div>
</div><ul><li>A graduate of a recognized<br>
advanced EW warfare course within the UK Military environment<br>
</li>
<li>Minimum of 4 years EW or ELINT<br>
tours with the UK Armed Forces, the UK MSC or an industry role involved in the<br>
creation of MD and the MD lifecycle.<br>
</li>
<li>Must have 2 years&rsquo; experience<br>
in Typhoon EW systems.</li><br>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Detailed EW MD toolset knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of their<br>
integration into to EW lifecycle and associated relationships.<br>
</li>
<li>Understanding of Typhoon DASS and the equipment/capability interactions and<br>
dependencies regarding MD.<br>
</li>
<li>Good team leadership knowledge and skills.<br>
</li>
<li>Effective, credible communicator with strong interpersonal skills.<br>
</li>
<li>Good ability to build strong relationships with Customers and key stakeholders.<br>
</li>
<li>Cultural awareness and understanding (country and customer).</li></ul></div><p></p>
