 Job summary
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Admin Assistant provides technical, administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director of the department and its team. She/he handles technical and administrative assistance tasks ensuring effective support to the team and efficient services to taxpayers, in line with the standards of excellence adopted by the Department. She/he also handles all communications, calls, queries, memos etc. from clients, ministries and other institutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Supports the on boarding process of new clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures follow-up with registered dormant entities
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages renewal and replacement requests for tax cards within strict deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures immediate action is taken on tax residence requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports the team on all admin matters, including being the focal point for events organized by the Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that Tax Compliance obligations are adhered by
 </li>
 <li>
 Responds to all internal requests from other departments for updates on our firm&rsquo;s status, while keeping in mind the secrecy rules of the Department.
 </li>

 Assists the MD of Tax with all admin and secretarial matters (organizing/handling meetings, calls, reservations, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborates with others and demonstrates a customer centric behavior with clients and colleagues
 </li>
 <li>
 Assists in completing relevant reports ensuring they are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and meet the Department requirements, policies, and standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Takes initiative to update department records, improve processes and ensures all administrative and filing matters are in good order.

 Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or other related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of three years of relevant experience in Administration, Accounting or Tax field or similar line of work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills and time management capabilities
 </li>

 Good interpersonal and coordination skills
 </li>

 Corporate Communication & Investor Relations Associate Role Overview EnergyX is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications & Investor Relations Associate with strong presentation and PowerPoint expertise to support executive leadership, strategy, and commercial teams in the creation of high-impact, visually compelling presentations. Key Responsibilities Executive & Strategic Presentations: • Design and develop high-quality presentations for board, investor, and executive audiences, including investor decks, fundraising materials, M&A and strategy presentations, IPO and capital markets materials, and client or partner pitch decks. Visual Design, Storytelling & Presentation Standards: • Create clean, professional presentations aligned with EnergyX’s brand, including charts, diagrams, and infographics to clearly explain technical concepts, financial models, and operational processes. • Collaborate with executive, strategy, and legal teams while maintaining PowerPoint templates, master slides, and presentation standards to ensure consistency, and executive-level readability.
 
Requirements
 Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Experience: • 5+ years of professional experience as a PowerPoint Specialist, Presentation Designer, or similar role. • Experience working with Excel models and technical inputs. Preferred Qualifications: • Advanced mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint (expert-level). • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus. • Qatari nationals preferred. Key Skills: • Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure. • Proactive, responsive, and service-oriented mindset.
