<p><b>Required experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA.</li>
<li>One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider</li>
<li>Recent experience providing general anesthesia</li>
<li>Proficient in nasal intubations</li>
<li>Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Preferred experience:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with dental anesthesia</li>
<li>Experience delivering anesthesia in an office-based setting</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Education/Licensure:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program</li>
<li>Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)</li>
<li>Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)</li>
<li>Current state licensure as an APRN</li>
<li>Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Duties:</b></p>

<li>Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based setting</li>
<li>Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans</li>
<li>Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines</li>
<li>Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events</li>
<li>Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment</li>
</ul>
