 PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
 
 
 
 The Customer Hub Service delivery manager is focal point in ensuring excellence in the delivery of the hub and the creation of future operational capabilities with our strategic partners to deliver to business units and markets across the region. The role leads the interaction between the market and the hubs in global locations like Cairo, Chennai, Salem etc., while interaction with global teams to drive harmonization, scale and cross fertilization across global operations.  Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The Customer Hubs Performance Delivery Manager ensures that processes owned by the hub are run effectively and efficiently across the entirety of the end-to-end operations (Promotional Planning &amp; Execution, E2E SC Planning, Order-to-Delivery, Collections, Master Data, and Reports).

Holding the cross functional team accountable for the role they play in bringing the design to life. This includes ensuring rigorous GFCF and operational controls, and an effective BCP is in place in the hub operations.

ING Analytics
ING Analytics is a new unit responsible for realizing this vision for ING, differentiating ING as a leader in data-driven organization, within the banking sector and beyond. Roles and responsibilities
As a Chapter Lead you have a dual role. You build a strong-identity team that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals, actively perform the people management of your chapter members and further develop and safeguard their knowledge and craftsmanship, in this instance for Advanced Analytics. On the other hand, you are spending the majority of your time working together with your team as a contributor on the delivery as well. As a Chapter Lead you have the complete overview and insight on the capabilities, epertise and eperience of your chapter members and you will be responsible to decide on allocation of your chapter members capacity for the global backlog delivery demand coming from the Product Lead and Tribe Lead.
Role Profile
As Chapter Lead Data Science, you report to the Tribe Lead Retail Banking Analytics.
Your responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Together with the Tribe Lead and Product Lead develop a view on the future of the DS capability craftsmanship and drive continues development of your chapter members</li><li>
Working closely together with the other Chapter Leads to discuss and align on required capabilities and capacity across chapters for delivery</li><li>
Together with the Tribe Lead, Product Lead and other People Leads, decide on the allocation of capacity of your chapter members for the delivery of the global priorities</li><li>
Steer and develop your chapter members to meet both their career goals and the organisation&rsquo;s goals, driving engagement and results via inspiring leadership.</li><li>
Contribute to the success of the projects you are assigned to by doing hands-on data scientist work.</li><li>

As a Data Analyst you will play a crucial delivery role in the data-driven culture supporting our products and services. You will be responsible for delivering valuable insights to improve client e<ul><li>perience by applying the latest Analytics interaction techniques in the domain of dialogue systems and natural language processing.</li>
Your day-to-day job will consist of the eploitation / analysis of conversational data. You bring insights into technical possibilities and client needs in order to contribute to the design and construction of automated solutions that ensure an optimal client e<li>perience.</li><li>
You have a good background or very strong interest in analytics and IT which allows you to improve customer and employee journey via state-of-the-art virtual assistant solutions.</li><li>
As a Data Analyst, you will be part of an Agile environment by being a member of a multidisciplinary team of 10 specialists. A day in the life of an Data Analyst
Even if you&rsquo;ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office&rsquo;s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in comple data sets (both structured and unstructured te<ul><li>tual data) in collaboration with data scientists, in order to improve performance of our virtual assistants, based on Google DialogFlow</li><li>
Management of databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies to optimize data quality. Analyze data and performance levels of our dialogue systems and proactively propose improvements</li><li>
Communicate these recommendations and provide data / analytical support to the stakeholders using both analytical and business jargon (written and oral)</li><li>
Work with the product owner to prioritize business and information needs, and accordingly implement them into an analytical approach</li>
Work closely together with a team of eperts organized in a self-steering team, e<li>ercising freedom in defining goals and deadlines for each element you deliver as a team</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s with analytical background, preferably in a quantitative discipline Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics etc. (Master&rsquo;s degree or PhD will be a plus),</li>

 ING Analytics is a new unit responsible for realizing this vision for ING, differentiating ING as a leader in data-driven organization, within the banking sector and beyond. The team consists of a number of Global Analytics Centre of Excellences around the bank&rsquo;s key capabilities (such as Customer Intelligence, Risk Management, Pricing, Financial Crime) as well as strong coordination areas around data management, technology, customer journey, UX, as well as external partnerships.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Retail Banking Analytics
 
 
 
 Retail Banking Analytics (RBA) specialises in delivering Analytics and AI products and solutions across the ING retail business. We work together with all retail business units to deliver on the ING retail banking strategy. Projects span across personalisation and CI, mortgages, consumer finance, pricing, and business banking.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The opportunity
 
 
 
 
 RBA in ING Analytics is looking for a Product Manager. As a Product Manager you will originate and build data-driven algorithmic products in customer intelligence area. This is an entrepreneurial and global role in an innovative international team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 About you
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s with analytical background, preferably in a quantitative discipline Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, MIS, Statistics etc. (Master&rsquo;s degree or PhD will be a plus),
 </li>
 <li>
 Broad experience leading and delivering analytics use cases and products is a
 
 must
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience and proven knowledge of working in corresponding area is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of relavant work experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent team member with an ability to clearly communicate at all levels of an organization in a collaborative and non-hierarchical environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical skills and attention to details
 </li>
 <li>
 Desire to use modern technologies as a disruptive influence,
 </li>

 Open-minded for new technologies.

 How to Succeed

 Manage the entire analytics product development in prioritised area(s) in RBA &ndash; from outlining the type of solution through implementation, interpretation of results and transferring capabilities to business units, understanding and enthusiasm for technology, advanced analytics and data science methods
 </li>
 <li>
 Product discovery: identify (data) problems, prioritize idea backlog and design and execute experiments to determine what problems need solving, Potential to extend product area when further grow.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage data-driven products so that they generate significant value for ING and its customers, create value propositions, vision and product strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of innovation and product management methodologies such as Lean, Agile and Design Thinking, ability to develop structured product concepts from abstract ideas and lead prototyping
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective Communication: Work with a squad of Data Scientists and Engineers to discover the potential of a product idea, the user problem and validate and prototype Demonstrate thought leadership internally and externally
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility &amp; Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches, tools, and techniques for dealing with changes and adapting to a changing environment; ability to adapt as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations

 Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis and the ability to determine the root cause of diverse problems and create alternative solutions that resolve the problems in the best interest of the business
