 Job Purpose
 
 
 
 The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations within the assigned department. This role manages communication, scheduling, and documentation while maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional office environment that supports departmental and institutional goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Serve as the primary point of contact for the department, ensuring professional communication and customer service.
