 The Customer Service Representative - Credit is tasked with providing credit solutions to customers by engaging with them and evaluating their needs.  Job Responsibilities
 
Preparing the traffic letter and personal clearance for the customer.
 
Transfer of the equity transaction.
 
Preparing the irrevocable standing order to the customer.
 
Receiving the credit notes from the showrooms and doing the needful.
 
Checking new deals which are received from the showrooms (ACC. Division, NL control & posting date, FSRs & customers signatures).
 
Preparing payment refund form for the customer.
 
Reply to customer inquiries via phone.
 
Posting deals into the kerridge system.
