</ul><b>Performance analysis and optimization:</b><br>

<li> Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, sales, conversion rates, and customer retention to measure campaign success</li>
<li>Analyze data and metrics to understand consumer behavior and sales trends, leveraging this information to refine marketing strategies and promotional campaigns</li>
<li>Use spreadsheets in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement</li>
<li>Evolve and/or establish marketing strategies based on the review of business analytics, including Google Analytics</li>
<li> Possess a strong knowledge of the e-commerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices, and industry trends</li>

Work with various teams, such as product management, customer experience, marketing and sales, and IT to ensure brand messaging and goals are aligned, and content is updated across assigned platforms</li></ul>

<b>Requirements:</b><br>
<ul>
<li>3 &ndash; 5 years of experience with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and web analytics in a fast-paced e-commerce business</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, Associate&rsquo;s degree, or equivalent</li>
<li>Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining listings, campaigns, and e-commerce dashboards, specifically marketplace merchant dashboards for Amazon and/or eBay and/or Walmart</li>
<li>Proficiency with advertising platforms, analytics tools, and managing online product inventory</li>
<li>Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and integration tools a must, Magento and M2E a plus</li>
<li>Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization and SEO best practices</li>
<li>Ability to interpret and act on sales and traffic reports</li>
<li>Familiarity with metadata strategy and product taxonomy</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal cross-functional communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to learn our product catalog and our industry</li>
<li>Passion for delighting customers with user-friendly, intuitive, beautiful online shopping experiences</li>
<li>Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, solutions- and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Automotive experience a plus</li>
<li>Ability to handle end-to-end execution of product launches or promotional campaigns</li>
