<p><b>About the Role:</b></p><p>We are urgently seeking a <b>highly experienced Security Infrastructure Architect</b> to design and implement secure, compliant, and scalable infrastructure environments for <b>classified data systems</b> (Top Secret, Secret, Confidential).</p><p>The ideal candidate will have <b>end-to-end experience</b> in secure architecture design, data classification, and workflow design for <b>segregated classified and non-classified environments</b>.<br/>You will work closely with cross-functional security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure adherence to <b>global and UAE-specific security standards</b>.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Design and architect <b>secure infrastructure solutions</b> for handling classified data environments (Top Secret, Secret, etc.).</li><li>Define and implement <b>data classification models</b> and secure workflows for sensitive data transfer across classified and unclassified zones.</li><li>Develop and maintain <b>security architecture blueprints</b>, risk assessments, and system documentation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with international <b>security standards and frameworks</b> such as ISO, NIST, and CIS.</li><li>Conduct <b>security risk assessments</b> and recommend mitigations for infrastructure vulnerabilities.</li><li>Work with network, cloud, and data teams to integrate secure controls across systems.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align architecture with <b>UAE IA/MOD regulations</b> and <b>Secure Controls Framework (SCF)</b>.</li><li>Provide expert-level guidance on <b>cryptographic standards</b> (NIST FIPS 140-2, FIPS 199).</li><li>Perform <b>architecture reviews, security testing, and compliance validation</b>.</li></ul><p><b>Required Experience and Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>10+ years</b> of professional experience in <b>Infrastructure Security Architecture, Cybersecurity, or IT Risk Management</b>.</li><li>Proven experience designing and securing <b>classified or high-sensitivity environments</b>.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with <b>data classification and secure data workflows</b>.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of security controls, risk management, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure security.</li><li>Familiarity with <b>UAE IA/MOD</b> security regulations.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in <b>Computer Science, Information Security, or a related STEM field</b>.</li><li>Professional certifications are a plus: <b>CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, SABSA, or TOGAF</b>.</li></ul><p><b>Security Standards and Frameworks (Required Knowledge):</b></p><ul><li><b>ISO/IEC 27001:2022</b></li><li><b>NIST Special Publications:</b></li><li>800-53 rev. 5</li><li>800-37 rev. 2</li><li>800-46 rev. 2</li><li><b>NIST FIPS 140-2 and FIPS 199</b></li><li><b>Secure Controls Framework (SCF)</b></li><li><b>CIS Critical Security Controls v8</b></li><li><b>CIS Benchmarks</b></li></ul><p>Job Types: Full-time, Contract<br/>Contract length: 12 months</p><p>Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED32,000.00 per month</p><p>Application Question(s):</p><ul><li>Are you open to a 12-month contractual position?</li><li>Have you designed or implemented secure environments for classified or sensitive data (Top Secret, Secret, Confidential)?</li><li>Which of the following security standards or frameworks are you experienced with?
