Plays a critical role in increasing IBP maturity &ndash; ensuring adherence to the drumbeat, engagement of all critical stakeholders and delivering value for the business and the customers.</p></li><li><p>
Accountable for the performance of TURGAN region and for the Supply Chain KPIs.</p></li><li><p>
Responsible for coordination with External manufacturers to ensure timely product availability.</p></li><li><p>
Achieving excellent customer service by ensuring transparency across the supply chain and proactive problem-solving and communication.</p></li><li><p>
Understands evolving customer requirements and translate them into process improvements and value-added services for our customers.</p></li><li><p>

Qualifications and key competencies:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or equivalent (preference for business or supply chain / APICS certification - desirable).</p></li><li><p>
10 years&rsquo; experience in a complex Supply Chain environment and a proven leadership track record, including experience in IBP process.</p></li><li><p>
Experience in ERP (SAP preferred) and Advanced Planning Systems (Anaplan &amp; OMP preferred).</p></li><li><p>
Experience in managing commercial stakeholders in an international environment is desirable.</p></li><li><p>
Experience in healthcare / regulatory dependent sector.</p></li><li><p>
Project management skills, with the ability to drive change and influence decision-making through multiple levels (middle to senior management) of the organization is a plus.</p></li><li><p>
