About the Role</h2>
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Data Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-based data engineering, ETL pipelines, and data integration, with a focus on enabling advanced analytics and business intelligence.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.</li><li>
Build and optimize data lakes, data warehouses, and data models to support reporting and analytics.</li><li>
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and analysts to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>
Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices across Azure environments.</li><li>
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.</li><li>
Work with structured and unstructured data sources, integrating data from multiple systems.</li><li>
Support migration of on-premise data systems to Azure cloud.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in data engineering with at least 2+ years on Azure cloud.</li><li>
Strong hands-on experience with:<ul><li>
Azure Data Factory</li><li>
Azure Databricks / Spark</li><li>
Azure Synapse Analytics</li><li>
Azure SQL Database / Cosmos DB</li></ul></li><li>
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.</li><li>
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL design.</li><li>
Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.</li><li>
Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</li></ul>
