 To develop and deliver compelling visual content that brings the Zayed Sustainability Prize&rsquo;s brand, impact and campaigns to life. This role combines hands-on design expertise with creative ideation to support marketing, events and digital outreach across platforms, ensuring brand consistency, storytelling effectiveness and audience engagement. The role supports content effectiveness by ensuring creative outputs directly contribute to measurable campaign outcomes.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities :

Job Description 
Purpose for this role:
To plan and execute marketing deliverables for the Zayed Sustainability Prize (ZSP) in line with Prize 
needs and the overall strategy of marketing and corporate communications in order to ensure that 
all deliverables are in line with the prize objectives and the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of marketing deliverables for ZSP<ul><li>
Develop a marketing strategy for the Zayed Sustainability Prize and its initiatives, including Beyond2020.</li><li>
Build strategic relationships with partners such as agencies and vendors to ensure the Prize has</li><li>
access to leading industry players where needed.</li><li>
Manage the assignment of various creative and production agencies for the purpose of developing and executing marketing campaigns and video content throughout the calendar year.</li><li>
Manage agencies as required across the full scope of both goods and services, including advertising, direct marketing, conferences and events.</li><li>
Identify opportunities of engagement proactively both externally and internally and monitoring of trends and competitors to ensure strong positioning of the Prize.</li><li>
Ensure creation of marketing deliverables, in collaboration with Brand Manager, (logos, brochures, signage, promotional materials advertisements, etc.) to communicate and reinforce corporate objectives, thereby attracting stakeholders while developing positive and lasting stakeholder relations for ZSP.</li><li>
Oversee the creation of video assets across the Prize&rsquo;s initiatives, such as Beyond2020, including storyboarding and agency management where required.</li><li>
Develop campaigns and briefs for marketing initiatives and coordinate with agencies as required, owning the implementation from ideation to execution.</li><li>
Manage the entire campaign implementation process to ensure KPIs are met and to the

Manage all media buying activities and 3rd party agencies, in collaboration with the Brand Manager, to deliver the required results and ensure strong ROI on media selection and placement.</li><li>
Develop set templates and frameworks for creating and communicating project and activity plans.</li><li>
Manage the building of brand reputation and equity through leveraging on the various marketing activities and programs as well as digital media platforms such as social media and website.

Develop relevant budgets for ZSP activations and

 As a Multimedia Designer at VML, you will be a pivotal creative force, responsible for conceptualizing and producing engaging multimedia content across diverse platforms. You will collaborate closely with our design, copywriting, and content teams to deliver visually stunning and highly effective assets that resonate with our clients' audiences and elevate their brands.  What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing

 Conceptualize and create diverse multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements, specifically for social and digital platforms.

 Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Designers, Copywriters, Content Teams) to thoroughly understand project requirements and objectives.

 Develop compelling visual concepts and detailed storyboards based on project briefs and client feedback.
 </li>

 Design and produce engaging social media and digital content across a variety of client accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create captivating animations and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling and brand messaging.

 Stay continuously updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia design.

 Proactively generate innovative ideas for social campaigns across various brands and clients.

 What You&rsquo;ll Need

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or in a similar creative role, with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing multimedia projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of fundamental design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience with video editing, motion graphics, and animation techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into a team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for crafting visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced agency setting.
 </li>

 Knowledge and/or experience with 3D design software is a plus.
