Monitor methadone clients and maintain weekly Roster of active methadone clients and discharge dates. Act as a liaison between agency and outside methadone clinic. Attend and help facilitate weekly methadone meeting with outside agency.</li><li>Ensure that daily count sheet, monthly roster/matrix/census is communicated to Straight &amp; Narrow staff, DCP&amp;P, DMHAS and Recovery Court as required.</li><li>Review all screening packets for appropriateness for admission</li><li>Ensure that all necessary pre-admission information is sent to client&rsquo;s prior admission (such as request for identifying documents needed to apply for entitlements, allowed property list)</li><li>Ensure that all admissions have been fully screened for physical and mental health problems and obtain documentation as indicated prior to admitting the clients</li><li>Ensure that the Admissions counselors complete all the required admissions documentation in compliance with Straight &amp; Narrow&rsquo;s admission policies and procedures</li><li>Ensure that all admissions are entered accurately in NJSAMS</li><li>Review all completed admissions packets for completeness and accuracy and forward to directors for co-sign all assessments, DSM V diagnoses, ASAM PPC-2R and ASAM LOCI</li><li>Act as liaison with NJSAMS staff and ensure that all new admitting staff are trained in necessary NJSAMS modules</li><li>Supervise initiation of entitlement application process on day of admission including, if necessary, applications for birth certificate, SS card, marriage license (if appropriate) and ROI to obtain Judgment of Conviction, and arrange for PC DSS appointment when all information has been obtained.</li><li>Participate in Quality Assurance Program and be part of Committees to ensure program compliance</li><li>Ensure that Reception desk/Operator and switchboard are always attended. Every inquiry receives a warm, personal response within 3 hours during business hours, followed up by the real, genuine communication.&mdash; Represent Excalibur Academy at private school presentations, rotary clubs , parent info events organized by the Academy, HOA community presentations, country club gatherings, and local business networking events across South Orange County.&mdash; Present the academy alongside the founder and lead faculty to parent groups in intimate, high-trust settings &mdash; conference rooms, private dining spaces.&mdash; Build and maintain relationships with heads of school, parent association leaders, family office professionals, and community influencers who can refer families to the academy.&mdash; Schedule and coordinate family consultations with the founder or lead faculty Prepare brief notes on each family before the meeting so the founder walks in informed.&mdash; Attend academy events &mdash; parent information sessions, open houses, student showcases, Pitch Nights, and Demo Days &mdash; greeting families, answering questions, and following up personally within 24 hours.&mdash; Maintain the enrollment CRM &mdash; log every lead and progress. Provide weekly pipeline reports to the founder.&mdash; Follow up with enrolled families during their first 90 days to ensure satisfaction, tailored support, reviewing and passing along all the feedback to the founder and the Lead Faculty.Candidate we are looking for:&mdash; You live in or deeply understand the Orange County high-net-worth community. Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, Pelican Hill, Shady Canyon, Mission Viejo, Monarch Beach, and the surrounding areas are not just names on a map to you &mdash; they are communities you know and move through naturally.&mdash; You have experience working with affluent families in a service, education, real estate, hospitality, wealth management, private school, or luxury brand capacity.&mdash; You are polished, articulate, and confident in rooms with high-net-worth individuals without ever coming across as transactional. You understand that in this market, trust is built through presence, warmth, and genuine care for the family &mdash; never through pressure.&mdash; You have excellent phone presence &mdash; confident but never scripted, knowledgeable but never rehearsed.&mdash; You are organized and detail-oriented. No lead falls through the cracks on your watch.&mdash; You are available for occasional evening and weekend events. This is when parents are available, and this is when main enrollment happens.&mdash; You are looking for a role that starts with flexible part-time hours &amp; commission, growing into a full-time position with a fixed salary, higher commission, bonuses, and a title that reflects your contribution as the academy scales.Compensation (fixed monthly base + commission):Fixed Monthly base (paid regardless of enrollment performance).Before May 30, 2016 : 1200$/month (~5-10 hours a week - probationary period)After June 1, 2016: $3,000/month guaranteed (~20-25 hours/week)Commission &mdash; 7% of tuition for every student you personally enroll:Flagship 10 month program (2 cohorts x 20 = 40 students total): $1,400 per student enrolled.2 x Summer Intensives in July and August (15-20 students x 2 waves): $300 per student enrolled4 x Six-Week Waves(15-20 students per wave, 4 waves total): $300 per student enrolledMilestone bonuses &mdash; cumulative, paid at each program enrollment close:In addition to commission, your student count runs across all programs for the year. The person who builds our Orange County enrollment becomes the Director of Admissions and Family Liaison, as the academy expands to additional cities.Growth PathExcalibur Academy plans to operate in multiple U.S. cities within five years, as well as plan an international rollout in London and Geneva.
