Job Summary

The Assistant Director of IT &amp; Data Services is an in-person position where supervision and support to the IT &amp; Data Services team will be key activities. This position oversees department operations and ensures quality control of systems and data while optimizing processes. This position develops strategies and drives big picture projects tasked to the IT and Data Services teams. As the HIPAA Compliance Officer, this position works closely with the Security and Privacy Officers to maintain HIPAA compliance. This position also works to achieve contract and federal compliance in other areas of agency activities. This position is a key player in CCEW&rsquo;s Enterprise Risk Management efforts.

<div>The Director of IT/OT Network &amp; Security Operations is a critical leadership role within City Operations IT, responsible for the end-to-end management, reliability, and security of Qiddiya&rsquo;s converged IT and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure.
As Qiddiya transitions from construction to operations, this role will lead operational readiness, infrastructure acceptance, and the ongoing management of city-wide digital platforms, including fiber networks, active network equipment, smart city systems, and physical security networks (VMS, ACS, CCTV).
