 As the Director of Marketing, you will serve as the strategic brand custodian for Raffles &amp; Fairmont Doha, ensuring that all marketing and communication efforts reflect the highest standards of the Accor brand at both global and regional levels. Acting as the key liaison with Accor&rsquo;s global and regional brand, marketing, and corporate communications teams, you will safeguard brand integrity while driving visibility, engagement, and commercial growth across all hotel offerings.
 
 
 In this leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end development, execution, and performance of integrated marketing and communications strategies. This includes managing external agencies, cultivating high-value partnerships, and ensuring each campaign delivers measurable impact. Your strategic vision and operational excellence will help position the hotels prominently in both local and international markets, supporting key brand pillars such as luxury, innovation, sustainability, and community engagement.
 
 
 
 Qualifications

 Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 8 years in Brand Management / Marketing Communications / Public Relations ideally within luxury hospitality or high-end lifestyle brands. Relevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantage.

 Proven track record in multi-channel marketing, PR, brand partnerships, and agency management
 </li>
 <li>
 Verbal and written fluency in English. Due to the nature of the role, proficiency in Arabic language is requied.

Managing Advertising Activities
<ul><li>Works with the DOM and advertising agency on the rooms and food &amp; beverage tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maximizes advertising budget by ensuring that the hotel's creative message and media activities are consistent with the advertising of sister hotels and the company group advertising.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensures that the advertising creative is in synergy with the company, projecting a consistent and quality message.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reviews the hotel's market segmentation and other appropriate marketing reports to ensure that the media scheduling matches those segments.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Monitors and maintains media schedules as well as prompt settlement of accounts.</li></ul> 
Managing Direct Marketing Activities
<ul><li>Takes an integrated approach to DM activities, ensuring a consistent and quality image is projected.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assists the DOM in the planning, implementation and tracking of electronic marketing activities.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains budget control.</li></ul> 
Manages Collateral
<ul><li>Coordinates and executes production of all printed materials, with assistance of advertising agencies, following the specifications stipulated in the corporate ID manual.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensures hotel information is updated regularly on the internet/intranet.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supervises the production and quality of all displays and temporary signage in hotel public areas.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supervises and budgets for quality gift items as appropriate. Ensures correct usage of hotel logo on gift items as stipulated in corporate ID manual.</li></ul>

Position Overview:The Sales &amp; Marketing Director will lead Amlak Holding&rsquo;s sales, marketing, and branding functions across its diverse asset portfolio, including residential properties, retail and commercial venues, and sports and events facilities within Education City and other locations. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, brand positioning, tenant engagement, and the overall market visibility of Amlak Holding as the commercial arm of Qatar Foundation.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize occupancy, rental income, and event bookings across Amlak&rsquo;s portfolio (residential, retail, sports, and event spaces).</li><li>Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships aligned with the company&rsquo;s commercial objectives.</li><li>Lead negotiations for key leases, events, and sponsorship contracts to ensure optimal commercial outcomes.</li><li>Establish pricing and promotion strategies in coordination with the COO and Finance team.</li></ul>2. Residential &amp; Leasing Portfolio<ul><li>Lead leasing strategies and campaigns for residential properties, ensuring competitive positioning and tenant satisfaction.</li><li>Work closely with Property Management to align leasing initiatives with service quality and operational goals.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences to inform data-driven decisions.</li></ul>5.
