 The Cluster Director of Finance is accountable for their portfolio of hotels in respect of understanding and driving financial performance and is responsible to perform all finance activities within the policy, regulatory and contractual framework.  A Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures a seamless recruitment experience. A Talent Acquisition Coordinator will manage end-to-end recruitment operations &mdash; from opening new positions to onboarding new hires &mdash; while actively contributing to employer branding and recruitment initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering an excellent recruitment experience while working with internal and external stakeholders on recruitment needs and ensuring employee and prospect documentation is in order.
 
 
 
 What will I be doing?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the full recruitment coordination process, including creating job requisitions, posting openings, and updating position statuses.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and screen candidates through Taleo, databases, referrals, and social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre-screening interviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and share candidate summary profiles with hiring managers and guide them on completing them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all recruitment documentation (applications, interview notes, evaluations) is accurate and complete.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update the recruitment tracking system and candidate database.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring professionalism and consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters and employment documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide selected candidates through medical checkups, onboarding formalities, and joining logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the point of contact for under-hiring providing clear guidance on hiring and onboarding procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide recruitment updates, and ensure timely closures with hiring managers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise hiring managers on interview best practices and selection processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up regularly to ensure smooth progress of all open positions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and execute employer branding initiatives across social media and professional platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture and curate engaging visual content (photos, short videos) to promote company culture and employee stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate participation in recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft and update job descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational needs and brand tone.
