 About The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced product leader to lead our PM team responsible for the growth of our Direct To Consumer business. They&rsquo;ll partner with teams across design, analytics, engineering, growth marketing, martech and life cycle marketing to help new customers discover Ethos. They&rsquo;ll build great products that drive consideration and purchase among consumers in various stages of their purchase journey. They&rsquo;ll help consumers in early stages of their consideration journey understand the value and need for term-life insurance, help in-market consumers understand the unique value of Ethos&rsquo; offerings, and existing members refer their friends and families.
