 The Director of Outlets is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operation of all Food &amp; Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, financial performance, and compliance with all health and safety regulations. This role provides strategic direction, training, and operational support across outlets, including restaurants, lounges, pool service, caf&eacute;, and in-room dining. The Director will work closely with the Executive Chef, Sales Team, and General Manager to deliver high-quality experiences while maintaining budgetary and service standards.

 Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

 Minimum of 5 years of experience in Food &amp; Beverage operations, including supervisory or management experience.

 Physical Demands

 Work is performed in a hotel environment; This position is physically demanding as it requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, and lifting to 50 pounds. Moderate computer keying using both hands and viewing material on a computer screen. Requires flexible working hours including nights and weekends; Extended workdays may be required to accomplish tasks and meet workload demands during peak periods.
