The <b>Senior, Creative Strategist,</b> develops creator-first, insight-driven ideas that connect culture, creators, and data to real business results for a dedicated CPG/Pharma client. This role balances creative storytelling with scientific precision, translating audience, category, and platform insights into clear, compelling narratives that drive education, trust, and engagement.</p>
<p>
As part of the Creative Strategy team, the Senior Creative Strategist helps shape proposals, influencer briefs, and content frameworks that uphold brand integrity and regulatory compliance while keeping work bold, human, and culturally relevant. They collaborate closely across departments, mentor junior strategists, and help elevate the creative craft across every touchpoint.</p>
<p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead creative ideation across CPG/Pharma client proposals and contribute strategically to key initiatives.</li>
<li>Translate data, audience insights, and brand strategy into compliant, culturally relevant creative ideas.</li>
<li>Write and refine influencer briefs that inspire creators while maintaining brand clarity and regulatory alignment.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Strategy, Creator Partnerships, Campaign, and Design teams to ensure creative alignment and executional excellence.</li>
<li>Deliver polished, insight-backed proposals for Associate Director review and support client presentations.</li>
<li>Provide mentorship to Creative Strategists, guiding storytelling structure, framework application, and idea development.</li>
<li>Manage timelines, communicate risks, and support workflow efficiency in partnership with Creative Operations.</li>
<li>Stay current on creator, category, and platform trends to inform new creative approaches and innovation.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>5-7 years in creative strategy, brand storytelling, or influencer/creator marketing.</li>
<li>Strong background in developing integrated, data-informed creative concepts.</li>
<li>Proven ability to support client proposals and contribute to cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li>Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, both visual and verbal.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of social platforms, creator culture, and audience behavior.</li>
<li>Experience coaching or mentoring peers in a collaborative team environment.</li>
</ul>
