   Strong understanding of transformer design principles and influencing parameters &amp; Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, ANSI, etc.),

   Skilled in reading and analyzing customer specifications and preparing technical documentation &amp; Experience in participating in design reviews and presenting technical content &amp; Experience in AutoCAD, experience with FEM software is an advantage,
