Position Overview
The Cluster Director Engineering will lead the engineering operations across both Waldorf Astoria Kuwait and Hilton Resorts Kuwait. Key Responsibilities

 This position will perform all Desk Operations functions for the PMO that deal with dispatching initial response to accidents or incidents, providing emergency notifications IAW notification matrix provided by the USG, and plotting recording responses to accidents and incidents. Coordinate with the US Army Crimes Record Center (CRC) for the submission of appropriate Military Police Reports (MPRs) IAW AR 190-45 and CRC policies and procedures. Monitor IDS (intrusion detector system) and CCTVs (closed-circuit television systems).
