Responsibilities:

Sr. Program Manager &ndash; Supply Chain Decarbonization NAM</b></p><p></p><p><br>
You will serve as the senior program manager, services coordinator, project manager, and tactical implementation specialist for Supply Chain Decarbonization (&ldquo;SCD&rdquo;). The Supply Chain Decarbonization allows for Schneider Clients (i.e. Walmart in the Gigaton PPA Program) to partner with Schneider to educate and engage their Suppliers on a wide array of Decarbonization levers in order to reduce the carbon footprint of their supply chain. You will be the main liaison and point of contact for both the primary Client, and to an extent the Client&rsquo;s SCD and internal personnel throughout the life cycle of the program.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
What will you do?</b></p><p><br>
</p><p>Project Management:</p><ul><li>
Collaborate in the transformation and ongoing standardization of materials and programing for Sustainability Business SCD implementation program</li><li>
Regularly record and manage supplier and cohort data relevant to revenue forecasting, communications, contract information, etc. in Salesforce.</li><li>
Organization of technology development team and marketing teams</li><li>
Documentation and execution of a governance structure</li><li>
Lead all onboarding calls and organize educational session coordination</li><li>
Development and ownership of project schedules for all simultaneous SCD programs</li></ul><p>
Cross-ESS Workstream Coordination:</p><ul><li>
Liaise with other Sustainability Business resources for upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support</li><li>
Liaise with SE technology and marketing teams to capture requirements, and prioritize supply chain technology enhancements and marketing rollouts across the business</li></ul><p>
Program Management &amp; Enhancement:</p><ul><li>
Work with and on behalf of the SE Sustainability Business to further improve and enhance customer satisfaction re: the delivery of SCD scopes of work</li><li>
Collaborate closely with Business Development team to optimize service offer, marketing collateral, sales team awareness levels and abilities to acquire new clients and expand service revenue.</li><li>
Demonstrate and provide thought leadership regarding decarbonization and supply chain engagement, goal-setting and achievement, and program optimization for client benefit and value.</li><li>
Other Duties as may be assigned</li><li>
May include multi-region deliveries for Supply Chain Decarbonization programs in NAM and elsewhere</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:
<p><b>
What qualifications will make you successful?
</b></p><ul><li>Degree in Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related technical field with 4+ years of related professional experience<br>
<ul><li>Extensive Project Management experience working with complex projects, ideally those involving delivery through digital platforms or technologies</li><li>A strong interest in emerging energy services with a focus on supply chain sustainability program management and project management</li><li>Strong aptitude for learning new and different topics, particularly regarding supply chain decarbonization, marketing communications, renewable energy development, and digitization</li><li>Versatility and the ability to work across multiple disciplines</li><li>Creativity and ability to formulate and implement service and deliverable enhancements</li><li>Ability to work well with a large network of internal colleagues, including a proven track record managing cross-disciplinary projects and delivering milestones on-time</li><li>Proven ability to successfully manage customer interactions, including calendar management, setting and leading agendas, leading clients through meetings, summarizing key takeaways &amp; action items, etc.
