</b></p><p>Responsible for monitoring, coordinating and ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipments within the project schedule or/ purchase order terms. This role involves close collaboration with Suppliers, vendors, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.<br>
</p><p></p><p><b>Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
</b></p><ul><li>Creation of daily expediting reports in materials management system.
</li><li>Daily desk expediting of purchase orders. Review purchase orders and project requirements to identify critical delivery timelines.
</li><li>Understands the supplier delivery obligations form the terms and conditions of purchase.
</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely submission of documents, production, dispatch, and delivery of goods.
</li><li>Ability to interpret supplier production plans to identify improvement opportunities and negotiate delivery improvements. Identify and escalate potential supply chain risks or bottlenecks and propose mitigation actions
</li><li>Updating of materials management system with the expediting status of Purchase Orders.
</li><li>Continually set expediting follow up dates in materials management system.
</li><li>Issue expediting progress reports and update system accordingly.
</li><li>Notifying Senior Expediter / Supply Chain Manager of any potential schedule slippages.
</li><li>Maintain an audit file of all relevant expediting documentation for each purchase order in relevant shared drive / area.
</li><li>Demonstrate commitment to safe working practices.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and quality/safety standards.

</li><li>Understanding of how terms and conditions of purchase influence delivery requirements

Principle Responsibilities and Duties</b></div>

<li>Obtain from Vendor all PO deliverables starting from PO acknowledgements till the approval of the final technical dossier.</li>
<li>Manage and coordinate supplies weekly/monthly progress reports and their circulation within the Project Team.</li>
<li>Review and approve shipping documents.</li>
<li>Coordinate the flow of all shipping and commercial documentation, including documentary Letter of Credits.</li>
<li>Proactively identify and mitigate risks at all stages of Procurement Expediting.</li>
<li>Work autonomously with direct supervision.</li>
<li>Interface with PMT team, Engineering, Manufacturing, QA/QC and Accounting to achieve performance Procurement Expediting objectives.</li>
<li>Monitor Progressive Payments.</li>
<li>Evaluate and record Vendor performances through KPI system.</li>
