Reporting the operating unit this role is critical in providing expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the optimal use of the AFFERA&trade; Mapping and Ablation System.
<p><b>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
</b></p><ul><li>Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Affera&trade;️ Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, SW functionalities, pump and accessories).
</li><li>Serve as technical adviser/expert, demonstrating products/service, providing T&amp;E, in-service or trade show support and troubleshooting product issues.
</li><li>Adapt and contribute to short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for the Affera&trade; Mapping and Ablation System. Adapt and deploy product / service value proposition.
</li><li>Conduct competitive product analysis, opportunity assessment and market research.
</li><li>Be an active participant to the development of advanced clinical workflows.
</li><li>Work closely with the education team and support the development of training centers.
</li><li>Stay abreast of all products information across the Medtronic CAS portfolio, instructions for use (IFU) and relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
</li><li>Be responsible for product launch strategies for new site activation as well as ensuring effective product placement relative to customer needs.
</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Knowledge and Experience:
</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree required in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific disciplines or equivalent experience.
</li><li>3+ years of clinical EP experience.
</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of successful independent support of EP mapping procedures.
</li><li>IBHRE or equivalent certification is a plus.
</li><li>Fluency in English, any other European languages are advantageous.
</li><li>Valid driving license
</li><li>Ability to manage high-stress situations with a clear problem-solving mindset.
</li><li>Ability to ensure knowledge transfer to other colleagues and peers when requested.
</li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of responsiveness to customer or other internal and external stakeholders.
