 We are looking for a Field Service Engineer for our Service department at Sartorius Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for installation, commissioning, maintaining, servicing, and repairing equipment in our bioprocess portfolio such as such as purification, filtration, fluid management and fermentation technologies at our customer&rsquo;s sites in Turkey.

 The role is field based, attending at customers site 3-4 days a week within Turkey. You are ideally living in Istanbul or nearby.

  Responsibilities

 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   On a daily basis you will be responsible for providing service and customer support during field and in house visits
  </li>
  <li>
   You will carry out the validation and commissioning of equipment in our bioprocess solutions portfolio at our customers&rsquo; sites
  </li>
  <li>
   Installation, qualification, maintenance and repair of our systems in the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry
  </li>
  <li>
   You will produce timely and detailed service reports, test reports, issue certificate of analysis for equipment in a timely manner
  </li>
  <li>
   Follow company&rsquo;s procedures and policies as well as ISO, MS, GMP standards on customer sites
  </li>
  <li>
   You will work closely with technical team in Germany and UK and share information across the organization and solve complex technical issues
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with the sales department in order to enable new opportunities
  </li>
  <li>

   Technical Education in electronics, mechatronics or related discipline would be ideal
  </li>
  <li>
   You may have experience servicing, repairing, calibrating, maintaining electrical or automated (robotic) equipment (bioreactor) or laboratory equipment in a regulated environment, however training will be provided
  </li>
  <li>
   You may have field service experience working in the pharmaceutical, biological, or chemical industry following GMP or ISO standards in a similar role though candidates from other industries will also be considered (manufacturing, electronics etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, calibrate and service technical equipment
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work flexibly and efficiently and to adapt quickly to changing work schedules
  </li>
  <li>
   Willingness to travel within Turkey and EU
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong customer service skills and great communication skills in English
  </li>

</b></p><p>Terminal Sales Engineer is responsible for handling and growing relationships and bookings with our current and prospective clients, identifying new opportunities for value creation within assigned accounts, and understanding the specific needs and challenges of various collaborators within those accounts. The role completes Sales Campaigns in close collaboration with BDMs and participate in sales communities led by Industry segment leaders. The role requires a strong understanding of the terminal industry, operational challenges, and the ability to offer integrated solutions across the full measurement solutions range.<br>

</b></div><div></div><div><ul><li><b>Account management. </b>Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with account collaborators, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and complete account plans to acquire accounts, identify product white spaces, create demand and identify green-or brownfield project opportunities.
</li><li><b>Customer engagement, </b>Map out the key collaborators within customer organizations, understand their roles, responsibilities, and influence, and build links between them and the various Emerson sales personas.
</li><li><b>Needs assessment. </b>Conduct thorough needs assessments in collaboration with BDMs to identify customer pains, problems, and challenges that our products or solutions can address. Understand the customer&rsquo;s business drivers and process/operational environment.
</li><li><b>Solution presentation. </b>Present and differentiate tailored solutions to collaborators, demonstrating how our products can meet their specific needs and tackle their problems.
</li><li><b>Identification and pursuit of opportunities. </b>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts from lead to PO, focusing on improving the potential of our product portfolio, including filling whitespace and generate new demand for our products and services.
</li><li><b>Collaboration. </b>Work closely with support team, BDMs and specialists to ensure high quality customer conversations and solution and services development. Assign ownership of complex or long lead pursuit to Solutions BDM or project pursuit leaders. Support and guide BDMs in reaching the necessary decision makers in the customer&rsquo;s organization.
</li><li><b>Price. </b>Realize price through using the portfolio creating customer value. Define account strategies balancing price and volume.
</li><li><b>Market Insights. </b>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
</li><li><b>Reporting. </b>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities, opportunities, product life cycle management and sales forecasts in CRM or otherwise sales tech systems.
