The Dispatcher will be responsible for dispatching service technicians daily to meet customer service needs. Position requires having a strong understanding of the geographical area that the dispatcher is based, great communication, problem solving skills and attention to detail.    Handles an extremely high volume of service calls
  </li>

   Assigning priority of service call
  </li>
  <li>
   Creates detailed project plans, with all tasks, dependencies, and timelines identified, and keeps those projects continuously updated

   Ensures scope, schedule, and budget data are communicated to stakeholders as they may evolve throughout a project
  </li>
  <li>
   Continuous communication with service technicians and providing optimal routing
  </li>
  <li>
   Technical support; providing directions, changes in scheduling, etc
  </li>
  <li>
   Notifying customers of delay in delivery schedule
  </li>
  <li>
   Tracks that our service technicians comply with customer requirements
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in closing service calls and invoicing
  </li>
  <li>
   Collect and review service technician&rsquo;s paperwork and notes for completeness
