This pivotal role is responsible for optimizing MPD and drilling processes, enhancing efficiency, and driving profitability. </b></p><p>The Infusion Pump System Repair Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and maintaining infusion pumps and related medical devices. This role ensures equipment safety and regulatory compliance while supporting customers, clinical staff, and internal teams. Key duties include performing diagnostics, completing preventative maintenance, documenting all service work, and providing technical support in both workshop and healthcare environments. The technician must have strong electro‑mechanical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with medical equipment standards, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical manuals. Experience with infusion pumps and biomedical equipment is preferred.<br>

Researches, analyzes, and provides hardware/software recommendations, ordering information, and other purchasing information to users to assist in purchasing necessary equipment. Diagnoses and resolves moderate end-user hardware/software problems including remote access software. Performs new computer configuration and coordinates the workstation upgrade/replacement process. Participates in the deployment of new software platforms. Track user requests for equipment, for information, and problem reporting by opening cases and keeping case histories current and complete.
