The Role<ul><li>

Requirements:
<ul><li>Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber construction required</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (equipment management, cost control, scheduling, and safety)</li><li>
Experience supervising/dispatching construction crews</li><li>
Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications and industry relevant software</li><li>
Deep knowledge of construction practices</li><li>
Experience with machine and equipment operation with safety protocols</li><li>
Able to perform duties in telecommunications construction such as pole transfers, maintenance builds, new build, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction</li><li>
Must demonstrate competency of reading and written communications skills sufficient to work safely with equipment and process requirements</li><li>
Ability to carry, climb, operate, and work upon an extension ladder (approximately 28 feet high and 75 pounds), ability to climb poles or other structures as needed.</li><li>

The Field Supervisor is a senior-level supervisory and entry-level management role responsible for overseeing and safely executing all Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations on the rig. This position serves as the primary liaison between the client, rig personnel, Weatherford crews, and the office, with full accountability for MPD equipment performance, operational execution, safety compliance, and the mentoring of junior personnel.
Responsibilities
<ul><li>Supervise, manage, and lead all MPD operations on the rig from a technical, operational, and safety perspective

Position Overview:
