Compensation Range: $68,250.00 - $116,030.00 annually</div><div></div><div><br>

How you&rsquo;ll contribute:
</b></p><p>As a Financial Analyst, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for supporting the budgeting and forecasting team by partnering with multiple stakeholders to gather, track, and analyze expense-related information and update the expense forecasting system accordingly. The role includes ownership of designated business areas and/or support of more complex departments. Responsibilities also include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, recording journal entries, and delivering relevant financial analysis. Approximately 20% of the role is dedicated to ad hoc requests and project-based work.</p><p><b><br>
In this role, you&rsquo;ll get to:</b></p><ul><li>
Support financial management as a key internal consulting resource.</li><li>
Prepare financial reports by downloading information from single or multiple sources; compile databases and formulate spreadsheets; interpret trends, analyze results, and explain results to both the business and finance management.</li><li>
Prepare monthly journal entries as necessary, including but not limited to accruals, re-classes and other changes.</li><li>
Assist with the preparation and presentation of proposed budgets for review and approval by leadership.</li><li>
Input data into BPC (forecast system) for both budgets and quarterly forecasts.</li><li>
Provide variance commentary for YTD, QTD and SEQ actual results as well as actual vs. forecast at the segment level.</li><li>
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our internal business partners.</li><li>
Expand or modify existing processes to improve efficiency.</li><li>
Special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.</li></ul><p><b><br>
We&rsquo;re looking for people who have:
</b></p><ul><li>Effective business analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Financial analysis ability using Microsoft Excel. Ability to perform pivots, index matches, and vlookups as required. Financial modeling is a plus.</li><li>
Experience working with SAP, BPC, and Analysis for Office is preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple complex tasks under aggressive timelines.</li><li>
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively.</li><li>
A proactive work style.</li><li>
A positive attitude and is a team player.</li><li>
BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting</li><li>
2+ years of related work experience.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
