This position plays a vital role in the success of our members and our club.</p><p><b>Position Schedule:</b></p><p>The hours and days are completely up to the trainer as they are able to make their own schedule once hired.</p><p><b>Salary Description:</b></p><p>The salary structure for the Fitness Trainer position consists of a combination of commission-based earnings and additional compensation for non-training duties. The details are as follows:</p><p><b>Commission-based Earnings:</b> When conducting personal training sessions, you will earn a commission based on the services or products you sell. The commission rate will be determined as a percentage of the total value of the sold services or products. Trainers can earn up to $37 or higher, depending on the number of people in training. Ensure the fitness area remains clean and organized; organize dumbbells, weight plates, and bars. Disinfect and clean equipment. Actively supervise the fitness mezzanine and cardio areas. To be responsible for maintaining high standards of the hotel when fulfilling his/her duties; to keep a critical eye on Fitness cleanliness, Spa cleanliness, including but not limited to Changing areas, lockers, bathrooms, wet facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, mist shower), relaxation lounge.
